I’m going to be buying my first bass boat here soon and i’m trying to decide if the single axel trailer that the boat comes with is ok or if i need to special order one with a tandem axel trailer. The advantage if random axle trailers safety when towing if you loose a tire. Have a great weekend! Just curious what you all do when you get new tires mounted. Im ready to get new tires put on my boat trailer (single axle, 13 tires). · single axle with full size goodyear endurance tires can easily handle the weight of 19’ glass bass boats. · i have found no recommendation to underinflate any st rated tire and wont get into the practice of some boat manufacturers to put vehicle tires on their trailers (basscat for one).
